Employers who sponsor non-EEA nationals under the Senior Carers Route are required to provide training and development opportunities to their sponsored workers. This can provide students and dependants with valuable skills and experience in the senior care industry.

Opportunity to settle in UK
Under the skilled worker scheme, successful applicants are granted a visa for up to five years, which can be extended for a further five years. After five years in the UK, applicants may be eligible to apply for settlement (also known as “indefinite leave to remain”), and can eventually apply for British citizenship.
